We offer locally-made wines for beginner as well as experienced palates, and all of our wines are created with minimal sulfites added and no extra tannin. We find that when we produce our wines this way, they come out much smoother and more flavorful on the pallet. Also, people with a sensitivity to red wine don’t tend to have a problem with our wine.
