Cathedral Ledge Distillery is celebrating its 4th birthday this month, and they're having a sale to commemorate! From 12/4 to 12/13 they're celebrating with a 15% off two-bottles-or-more sale. They thank everyone in the community for the wonderful support and encouragement they've received for their first 4 years!

 

In other news, they've launched a very limited edition Mead Cask Finish Bourbon. This very special release is made by finishing their Straight Wheated Bourbon for an additional 9 months in a barrel used to age organic Mead. Mead is alcohol that is made from fermented honey and water, and CLD's partnership with Moonlight Meadery made this special bourbon possible. The result is a bourbon with a bouquet of floral notes and a slightly sweet finish. With only 300 bottles made, they expect this bourbon will sell out quickly
